        What to expect after applying to NYU Tisch​

        NYU Tisch notifies undergraduate and graduate applicants at various times throughout the year. All admissions notifications are sent via email.

        For graduate applicants: How quickly you receive your admissions decision depends on your intended program of study, but for most departments, admissions decisions begin March 1 and last through April 15. Admissions decisions cannot be made until NYU Tisch has your Creative Portfolio and supporting materials, including unofficial transcripts. (Note: Failure to upload the required creative materials for your program is grounds for automatic disqualification.)
